Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Situations Not Covered by Standard Policy

Certain circumstances fall outside our standard refund policy. Requests made more than 30 days after purchase cannot be refunded under our standard policy, though exceptional circumstances may be considered at our discretion.
